Juvéderm: The smooth operator
Juvéderm® dermal filler is known for its silky smooth consistency and is ideal for filling in moderate to severe facial wrinkles like nasolabial folds, commonly known as “smile lines” or “parentheses.” This brand of filler features several formulations and is a favorite among injectors and patients alike for its natural look and feel. Patients can enjoy long-lasting results, often up to a year or longer, for low-maintenance wrinkle correction.
VOLUMA XC: The cheek champion
Speaking of Juvéderm fillers, VOLUMA™ XC is a beloved member of the Juvéderm family of fillers and the first FDA-approved injectable specifically designed to restore volume to the cheeks. We use VOLUMA XC to both plump and define sunken or thinner cheeks and to achieve a subtle lifting effect to the midface to give the face a more youthful and supple appearance. This formula can last up to two years before results start to diminish.
Restylane: The versatile filler
Restylane® filler is a great option for first-time filler patients, with results lasting between 6 to 12 months before needing a touch-up. These formulas are a trusted option for smoothing wrinkles in the skin and are ideal for adding shape and volume to the lips and filling in lip lines and other fine lines around the mouth. Like Juvéderm, Restylane also has several formulations in its line of fillers to suit different aspects of the face. RHA fillers: The dynamic duo
RHA fillers are unique in their ability to treat static wrinkles (creases in the skin that are visible even when your face is at rest) and dynamic, or “expression-based” wrinkles (lines and folds that form when you make facial expressions)—the other fillers mentioned above are only approved to address static lines and wrinkles. The RHA line includes RHA 2, RHA 3, and RHA 4, each formulated for different areas and depths of wrinkles:
- RHA 2: Treats surface lines and wrinkles like lip lines and crow’s feet
- RHA 3: Addresses deeper wrinkles and creases and is also great for volumizing lips and cheeks
