Everyone is friendly, encouraging, and efficient. I can not stress enough that I was nervous about this journey and now I am benefits are amazing. It is a whole team here that works with you. My story was losing weight (over 65lbs) and ruined core (diastasis recti) to a new improved me. I’m NOT skinny but I am strong and this team supports people when they feel vulnerable to be their top selves.
